Shareholder David Macksey and associate Brandon Grant recently won a forum non conveniens (FNC) motion. David and Brandon were able to win this motion in the Circuit Court of Cook County in front of Associate Judge Moira Susan Johnson. By winning this FNC motion, David and Brandon were able to transfer the case from Cook County to Lake County, which was a desired and favorable outcome for our client.
