Faith Ngarama is an Associate at O’Bang Law, practicing in the Corporate, Commercial, Cross-Border, and Conveyancing departments. She trained with the CIPIT at Strathmore University, and over the past three years, she has and continues to build her expertise in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, focusing on pre-emptive and crisis management legal solutions for business operations.
She helps clients comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act and the GDPR, reviews and structures commercial agreements and transactions to meet data protection standards, and guides entities through regulatory requirements from the ODPC, CA, CAK, CMA, among others.
Faith has advised European-headquartered multinationals with global revenues above €2 billion and often works with fintech companies, e-commerce businesses, courier service providers, and startup founders, helping them build data protection and cybersecurity compliance frameworks that support innovation while staying compliant with the law.
