Andrew Ringel

Andrew D. Ringel's practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation. His practice includes litigation of claims involving civil rights, constitutional law, employment discrimination, land use, insurance bad faith, ERISA, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, life insurance, health care, premises liability, and other civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Ringel regularly litigates claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, 42 U.S.C.§ 1983, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, the Equal Pay Act, RFRA, RLUIPA, and other federal and Colorado statues. Mr. Ringel represents a wide variety of public entities, public officials and employees, non-profits, businesses, corporations, and insurers in litigation matters before federal and state trial courts and appellate courts in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
