Join ALFA International Sponsor Thomson Reuters for a webinar on The Legal Market Through the Business Leaders’ Eyes.
ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:
Law firms of all sizes are increasingly relying on experienced business professionals, not necessarily lawyers, to run the operations and finance functions within the firm. These professionals bring with them their own perspectives on the legal market: where the threats lay; where opportunity can be found; and how to best position the law firm as a business to confront the future. Understanding their perspectives might give law firms new and different solutions to historically vexing problems. After all, these professionals were hired for their expertise; tapping into that collective wisdom only makes sense as law firms look for answers that are different from “what we’ve always done.”
This session will explore the results of the new Law Firm Business Leaders Report which captures that perspective as it relates to key issues facing today’s law firms including:
• risk factors that may impact profitability
• strategies to improve profitability
• the ability to drive change within law firms
• and attitudes towards technology, particularly advanced tech options like AI, and how it may impact businesses.
Get an exclusive first look at how these professionals view the market, and see if there are findings here that might help you improve your firm.
