Seminar: Tennessee attorneys may request CLE credit by submitting the Request for Out of State, Online, or Other Unpaid Credits Form along with a Certificate of Completion (distributed to attendees in the CLE packet after the seminar), a detailed agenda listing topics/timing and speaker list including bios within 30 days after the program. The completed application and materials can be submitted by mail or by email to info@cletn.com. Attorneys will be required to pay applicable fees.
Webinar: Viewing live webinars follows the same approval process as above and are approved as distance learning credit. Webinar recordings are not eligible for CLE credit as they are considered self-study due to the lack of interactivity.
COVID-19 UPDATE: An attorney can currently earn all their CLE online as a result of the COVID -19 pandemic. This is in effect for the 2019 and 2020 compliance years.
