Panama, November 30, 2022. Morgan & Morgan Legal acted as Panamanian counsel of Republic Bank Limited, in connection with the term loan facility agreement dated November 30, 2022, by and among, Inflite Holdings (Cayman) Ltd., as borrower, Republic Bank Limited, as arranger, agent, security agent and lender, and other guarantors listed therein, for the amount of US$32,000,000.00.
The purpose of the term loan facility is to finance the acquisition by the borrower of a restaurant franchise operation in Panama.
