Jen has joined the firm’s labor and employment practice group as a Partner, bringing experience from both private practice and in-house roles. She represents clients from a diverse range of industries in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, as well as union-related matters. She also assists companies on compliance strategies, employment policies, and training programs on workplace conduct and wage and hour practices.
Jen earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her B.S. from Ohio University.
