Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL’s Mark J. Chumley Expands Practice to Include Mediation

Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to announce that Mark J. Chumley will be expanding his labor and employment law practice to include mediation of cases, including sexual harassment, race, age, gender, religious and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge, FMLA and wage-hour claims, non-compete and trade secret matters, privacy, contract, and general civil matters. Mark received his mediation training at Northwestern University and the Cleveland Mediation Center.

For 25 years, Mark has assisted clients with all aspects of labor and employment law. During that time, he has represented his clients in mediations in hundreds of cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in jurisdictions around the United States. He understands that many clients, particularly employers and employees, often are best served by resolving disputes without having to engage in expensive and protracted litigation. Mark’s extensive experience allows him to speak candidly to both sides about the strengths and weaknesses of their case and how it may be received by a judge, jury or arbitrator.

Mark has been an OSBA Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law for more than ten years.
