ABOUT THIS WEBINAR:
Although it's not how anyone hopes a project will go, defaults are a reality. Whether by the owner due to funding issues, a general contractor, or one (or more) subcontractors, defaults happen and all parties must be prepared. This webinar will take you through the different perspectives of each of these three parties and provide best practices on how to protect yourself and mitigate damages arising from project defaults, both upfront during the contract negotiation phase and in real-time as the project is in progress.
