Ian Frank is a partner with the ALFA International member firm of Frantz Ward, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio, where his practice is dedicated to construction and surety law. Ian is a former Chair of ALFA International's Construction Practice Group, and currently serves as its Chair Emeritus. He counsels contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, material/equipment manufacturers, and design professionals in managing, resolving, and litigating complex commercial construction disputes. He represents clients in various industry segments, including road and bridge construction; heavy civil, earthwork and utility projects; structural steel fabrication and erection; MEP trade work; and all other aspects of general trades and commercial building construction. Ian is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and Cleveland-Marshall Law School. He is a Member of the AGC, the ABA Forum on Construction Law (Division 9 Chair), the American Arbitration Association, and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. Since 2006, he has been recognized as a "Leading Lawyer" in Construction by Chambers USA.
