About the Webinar:
Social media, texts, emails, cloud storage, Slack messages and other digital footprints are now central to nearly every investigation and lawsuit. This webinar will give young lawyers practical strategies for finding, preserving, and using this evidence—while avoiding the costly pitfalls of spoliation. We’ll cover modern investigative techniques, including how to leverage social media and technology to uncover information that may not be obvious at first glance. Whether you’re in discovery, preparing for a deposition, or investigating a potential claim, this program will help you turn digital evidence into a litigation advantage.
