We will also review the status of defenses and claims such as federal preemption\, right to control\, and carrier selection. \nSpeakers:\nDAVID CHAPMAN is a shareholder of Lewis Thomason\, the ALFA International member firm in Knoxville\, Tennessee. He focuses primarily on the defense of local and national transportation companies and commercial motor vehicle drivers\, including medical and liability expert retention and discovery\, accident investigation and evaluation\, and pre-trial\, trial and appellate litigation.
