Additionally\, the seminar provided a space for our clients to network and develop new relationships with ALFA International (ALFAI)’s leaders of tomorrow. Beyond the networking opportunities\, the forum highlighted the future practice of law and recent developments.\nMany topics were discussed with a forward-focused lens\, homing in on areas such as the future of litigation\, the future lawyer’s toolbox\, how to keep future lawsuits from spinning out of control and preparing a client for a 30(b)(6) deposition. Also the presenters touched on recovering attorneys’ fees and the new generations in the jury pool and their impact on your organization and the next trial. \nAs we perceive plausible eventualities\, we minimize uncertainty by enabling ourselves to consider how we might prepare for best\, worst and mixed outcomes. By having anticipated these outcomes\, we are far more confident about how to respond than had we moved forward with a lack of preparation. This moment of decision-making is the launch point of strategic thinking\, which leads to behaviors that help us navigate the unfamiliar terrain ahead. \n  \n  \n\n
