Meidyna Budiarti boasts a distinguished career that spans several leading firms in Jakarta and Singapore. Her professional journey includes a notable tenure at a leading Jakarta-based firm, followed by three years at a prominent law firm in Singapore, where she played a pivotal role in cross-border transactions and served as part of the Indonesian desk as a foreign lawyer. Lastly, she worked at a prestigious law firm within the ‘Big Four’ before rejoining IABF Law Firm as a Partner in 2024.
Meidyna’s extensive practice encompasses a wide array of corporate matters, including foreign investment, corporate restructuring, corporate secretarial services, and complex transactions involving mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets (such as Initial Public Offerings, bond issuance, rights issues, material transactions), as well as banking & finance (including debt restructuring and facility agreements).
