Kristina Scotto

Kristina joined Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP in 2018. She focuses her practice in the defense of cases involving premises liability, construction and other general liability matters. She practices in the state and federal courts of New York. Kristina is experienced in representing clients through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, jury trial and appeal. Prior to joining Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP, she began work on these skills at other New York law firms and through a judicial internship while in law school.
