Gary H. Hunter

Gary Hunter has developed a national self-insured client base, representing a number of the largest employers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including several Fortune 500 companies, in retail, transportation, school districts, support services and pharmaceuticals. In addition, he represents national insurance carriers and third-party administrators. He represents clients in workers’ compensation matters at all levels of administrative and appellate proceedings. Gary often visits a workplace to become familiar with the conditions and to conduct an investigation of witnesses and supervisors. He makes every effort to engage the appropriate expert witnesses at an early stage in the litigation so that hearings and depositions may be promptly completed without unnecessary continuances and delays.
