Clement E. A. Kihoko

Clement Kihoko is an advocate of the High Court in Tanzania and all subordinate courts save for primary courts. Throughout the years he has gathered a pack of experience and he displays a sophisticated, result-oriented practice in litigation and debt recovery process. He is familiar with all court procedures and all procedures of debt recovery. He has been in the center of advising clients in litigation matters, settlement negotiations, debt recovery/receivership process and all these have sharpened his skills in a substantial way. Clement has been involved in several receivership processes; he has managed defaulted property and been on top of outright sale of property among others.
