Adam Knecht

Adam Knecht represents corporations, partnerships, and individuals in the formation, financing, and operation of business entities. His practice includes mergers and affiliations, asset and stock transactions, franchising, and corporate financing transactions. A significant portion of Adam’s practice is devoted to individuals and entities involved in health care, general business, Real Estate, and construction. Adam regularly acts as outside general counsel for clients, assisting senior management with strategic planning, transactional needs, litigation matters, and government regulations. Adam also represents clients in a wide variety of litigation and appellate matters in federal and state courts in Nevada and Utah, including matters involving contractual and commercial disputes, partnership and corporate officer and director disputes (including those involving asset and stock purchase agreements), tort liability, mineral and gas right disputes, trust and estate law issues, breaches of non-competition agreements, and injunctive relief. Adam has successfully defended and prosecuted cases through trial, serving as primary trial counsel for the firm in more than 20 cases ranging from commercial and business matters, to personal injury, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice.
