Seminar: The State Bar of Arizona does not accredit programs for the MCLE requirement. The Rules and Regulations are predicated on the assumption that attorneys can evaluate CLE activities offered based on the guidelines and report their activities by affidavit, either online or in hard copy. Access to the California Certificate of Attendance (distributed to attendees in the CLE packet after the seminar) or a general Certificate of Completion will suffice.
Webinar: Acceptable CLE webinars include those offered in real time, with the ability of the member to ask questions of the presenters, or a CLE program which is offered online and in which the member is required to respond to prompts placed at random periods throughout the program or is required to capture imbedded codes during the program which are later entered online to obtain the Certificate of Completion.
