Alverson Taylor & Sanders (AT&S) was founded in 1977. The firm began as a partnership between two friends and former schoolmates, Harry Reid and Bruce Alverson. Initially elected to Congress in 1982, Mr. Reid went on to become Nevada's Senior United States Senator.
The firm's name gradually changed to reflect partnership positions for Eric Taylor and LeAnn Sanders. In 1995, the firm welcomed Jack Cherry and his extensive legal background and experience with an "of counsel" association.
