ALFA International was pleased to once again join forces with ACC Chicago to present a one-of-a-kind legal conference:  Perception Becomes Reality?  The Legal and Financial Cost of Implicit Bias.  The program explored the concept of implicit bias and discussed how implicit biases affect decisions across the legal system, in our day-to-day activities, and in the business world.  The program also considered how the theory of implicit bias is being used in litigation and discussed potential ways to minimize or correct the effects of implicit bias.
